I was there that day. Larry and I were on patrol and he was an amazing mentor. I remember the intersection, the details and Larry chasing the suspect and in a blink the the eye he collapsed. I wish I could have done more but it was sudden and irreversible. It’s been 36 years and I can’t let go I wish I did more but I appreciate the time I had with him. Rest in Peace. Sorry Pam
